Avoid Pre-Packaged Single-Serve Lunch Additions

A school lunch money-saver.Packing and sending a lunch with your child will certainly save you more than buying the school lunch, but you’ll quickly see those savings disappear if you start buying those pre-packed single-serve things like pudding, juice boxes, etc. Buy yourself a few very small plastic containers (or recycle ones used for stuff like feta cheese, sour cream, etc.) and make your own pudding. You can also use these to package up healthy foods like chopped veggies, fruits, etc.
