Consider a Freezer Inventory

Keep track of that freezer.A deep freezer can quickly take on the appearance of a dark, uncharted rainforest (or arctic cave, I suppose). You can make much better use of your freezer, keep foods from going bad, and plan meals directly from the freezer by keeping a freezer inventory. Even a simple sheet of paper taped to the top with food, date entered and other relevant information will suffice.
