Make Your Own Ice Pack

Use this recipe to make your own ice pack.You can make your own ice pack by combining one part rubbing alcohol and two parts water, then filling a plastic bag with this (two, preferably) and freezing it. The alcohol keeps the pack from freezing completely, so you can mold it to any part of your body.
