Recipe - Mint/Parsley Dogbreath Bashers

The combination of mint and parsley can help to control disagreeable dogbreath.

2 cups brown rice flour
1 tablespoon activated charcoal
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/3 cup chopped fresh mint
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 egg
2/3 cup milk

Combine the flour and charcoal in a small bowl. In a larger bowl, combine the parsley, mint, oil and egg and beat together well. Alternate adding the dry ingredients to the egg mixture with the milk, stirring well after each addition. Drop the resulting dough by spoon onto a greased cookie sheet, then bake in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes. When cool, store in the refrigerator (1 month) or freezer (1 year).
