Remove Long Distance From Second Phone Line

Do you have two phone numbers, one of which is used just for a computer?

If so, that line is only used for local dial-up access, and you may be able to save money by removing the long distance access from it. This is usually a charge that is added to a line just to enable long distance (usually around $5), and if you don’t need it, there is no reason to pay for it.
