All you’ll really need beside fresh herbs are vinegars and some nice bottles (or even mason jars — the herbs and vinegar inside them will diminish the plainness of the containers, and a little bit of ribbon will also help). Not only is this an inexpensive gift idea, but it is also highly prized by those who like fine foods. It is also something that you can do months ahead of time (if you’re planning on giving them for Christmas), resulting in less holiday stress.
