All Sales Final
March into your sale with the correct selling philosophy.
Let’s face it: you aren’t Wal-Mart or Sears. As such, it’s just not reasonable to expect that you’re going to be able to honor any sort of a returns policy in case visitors to your yard sale get home and start to experience buyers’ remorse. Make sure that you make them aware of this fact by posting, very clearly near your cash register, a sign stating such: “All Sales Final.”
