Before Calling, Know What You Want To Talk About

Plan ahead before picking up the phone.


Keep long distance phone calls shorter by making a list of “talking points” that you want to cover. This is great for non-personal calls, but can also be employed to a certain extent with personal calls as well (although we don’t recommend necessarily bullet-pointing a call to Mom, no matter how tempting).
