Which is the more frugal wedding feast?Think buffets or food stations will be less expensive than a sit-down dinner? Not necessarily. The cost of the meal will depend much more on the types of foods you offer and how difficult they are to prepare than the actual way they are served. Be sure to talk to your caterer to get an idea of which method would be less expensive for your reception.
