Freeze and Reclaim Small Bits of Veggies

A great tip that will cut down on wasted food!


Go through your refrigerator on a regular basis and freeze small amounts of leftover vegetables before they go bad. This bits, cooked and chopped fine, can be used in a great many dishes, including salads, soups, pizzas, casseroles and omelets.
