Frugal Does Not Mean Cheap

Know the difference.


Being frugal when shopping for clothes is not the same as buying cheap clothing. You may save initially on cheap clothing, but if the same clothing is going to rip, fade, etc. after only a few months, you’ve really not saved yourself anything. You will have a steady source of rags though.
