Look to beauty schools to do your doo.You may be taking a wee bit to chance, but for a cheap haircut, look into your nearest beauty or hair-dressing school. Technically your head will be a learning tool, but the students are carefully supervised, the haircuts are inexpensive and you can usually find Saturday appointments easily.
