Keep The Kneading Mess Down
Once you’ve tried this kneading method, you’ll never go back.Kneading your dough on a countertop works, but you have both make it very clean and then get flour all over the place, making it very messy. A better way is to make the dough in a large bowl and kneed it right in the bowl. You won’t make a mess, and the whole process is mobile if you want to take it out on the porch or in by the TV while kneading.
