Kitchen Onion Storage

Is there anything you can’t do with nylons?A great way to store onions in the kitchen is with something you probably throw away on a regular basis: pantyhose! Place an onion in the hose, tie a knot, add an onion, tie a knot, repeat. The hose will allow air to get to the onions, making them last longer. To use individual onions, simply cut the hose one by one just below each knot.
