Leave the Credit Cards at Home
From the school of “Ain’t got ‘em, can’t use ‘em.”Leave your credit cards at home when you head to the store. You can always head back to get it if you really, really want something and need the credit card to purchase it. At the very least, this will give you a “cooling off” period to think about it. Being forced to pay cash for purchases will also make you think a bit more about it before cracking out the wallet.
