Put Yourself in the Mood with Caroling

Warm up the pipes and pull on the boots! One free and very festive way to celebrate Christmas: deck the halls (or perhaps the snowy sidewalks). Get together with your neighbors, church group or just put up a few signs to attract holiday warblers, then go house to house signing carols. If you’re organizing the thing, get online to print off copies of carol lyrics so you’ll all be on the same words, if not the same key. Thermoses of cocoa, flashlights and warm clothing are a must. To make it really special, collect money that will benefit the local homeless shelter.
