Recipe – Canary Paste
An easy recipe for tasty canary paste.
1/4 cup almonds
2 tablespoons sweet butter, softened
1/4 cup cornmeal
2 tablespoons honey
Process the almonds in a food processor and process them until fine. Add the cornmeal and process for another minute or so. Cream the butter and honey together in a bowl until combined, then stir the dry ingredients in until you have a paste. Pack into a feeding tray — your canary will love it!
