Recipe – Simple Liver Treats

A great way to use up leftover chicken livers (like you need more recipes for those delicacies).1 lb. chicken livers
2 eggs
2 tablespoons molasses
1 1/2 cup cornmeal
1/2 teaspoons garlic powder

Combine livers, eggs and molasses in a food processor and process until smooth. Add the cornmeal and garlic powder and process until all are combined and uniform in color. Pour into a lightly greased baking pan, then bake at 400 degrees until a toothpick or knife comes out clean. Cut into little squares and store in the refrigerator.

OK, ew? I love my dogs, but liver, no way. I’m sure they would love these, but they love carrots too, and carrots I can handle. ;)
