Rescuing Rock-Hard Raisins

It’s easy to give raisins a second life.Raisins and currants that turn into the consistency of little rocks can easily be “rescued” by covering them with cold water in a pan, bringing the water to a boil, then shutting off the heat and letting them stand for five minutes. Just drain and they are ready to be used.
