The Correct Way to Store Sour Cream, et al.
Keep sour cream and related foods fresher longer.Items such as cottage cheese, sour cream and yogurt will stay fresh for a much longer period of time if they are stored upside down. Take care to make sure that the lids are on securely, however, or this frugal tip will turn into a frugal mess.
