Try Making Your Own Flea Collar

Try a more natural flea alternative.

Let’s face it: that is poison you’re placing around your pet’s neck when you put a flea collar on them. A cheaper and safer solution may be to try making your own flea collars using essential oils. Rubbing any of the following essential oils into a standard collar every week could help with flea problems (if you don’t seem to be seeing any effect, try a different essential oil): eucalyptus, geranium, lavender, tea tree.
