If you’re comfortable giving your own shots, it can save you a considerable amount of money.
Did you know that in many states you can administer most of your pet’s shots yourself (except for rabies)? This will vary state to state, so definitely check with your state veterinary board to make sure what you can and can’t do. Any shots that you are able to administer yourself can be purchased over the Internet at sites such as 1-800-PetMeds.
