Shredded BBQ Chicken
This is great served on rolls!
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 cups tomato ketchup
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground red hot pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Place the chicken in the crockpot and then coat with a sauce made from the rest of the ingredients. Cook for 3-4 hours on high, then remove the chicken and “shred” or pull it apart. Return the chicken to the crockpot and mix with the sauce. This can be served immediately or allowed to cook on low until ready to eat.
