Italian Beef
A simple yet tasty Italian herbed crockpot beef. Add carrots and potatoes to make it a complete meal.
- 1 beef pot roast, 3 to 5 pounds
- 3 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1 pkg. Good Seasons salad dressing dry mix
- 1 medium onion, sliced
Place all ingredients in a crockpot and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Pull the beef, shred it, and return to the crockpot for an additional 15 minutes.
