Lamb Chops with Orange
Orange peel and juice gives this lamb chops recipe a refreshing citrus-y taste.
- 8 lamb rib chops
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
Brown chops in the vegetable oil in a skillet and move to a crockpot. Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over the chops, turning to coat. Cook on low for 7-9 hours, or high for 3 ½ to 4 ½ hours.
