Shredded Beef Tacos
A unique twist on taco meat. Serve the meat as you would for traditional tacos, with tortillas, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, onions, salsa, etc.
- 2 pounds beef roast
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon crushed oregano
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 10 oz can diced green chiles
- 28 oz can diced tomatoes
Place meat in the crockpot and top with all the other ingredients. Cook on high for 5 hours or low for 10 hours. Break up the meat with a fork or spoon and cook for an additional 2 hours. Shred the meat and cook for an additional hour or so.
