Broccoli and Cheese Soup
Cheeses such as cheddar can also be substituted here for the American. If the soup ends up being a little thick, thin it out with a little more milk.
- 2 cups cooked noodles
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli,thawed
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 2 cups shredded American cheese
- Salt to taste
- 5 cups milk
Combine all ingredients in a crockpot, stir well and cook on low for 2 ½-4 hours.
