Citrus Fish

Lemon and orange give this quick fish dish a warm, citrus taste.

  • 1 1/2 pounds fish fillets
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 5 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
  • 2 teaspoons grated orange rind

Salt and pepper the fish and place in a buttered crockpot. Add the remaining ingredients and cook on low for 1 ½ hours. Serve garnished with lemon and orange wedges or slices.
