Honey-Glazed Ribs
These ribs are first broiled and then slow cooked in a sweet sauce.
- 2 pounds lean back ribs
- 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) condensed beef broth
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce (low sodium)
- 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Broil ribs under a broiler for 15 minutes. Drain and cut ribs into serving-sized pieces. Mix all other ingredients and pour over ribs in the crockpot. Cook on low for 8-10 hours, or on high for 4-5 hours.
