Plant Seeds Without the Stooping

Save your back while planting seeds with this simple golfing accessory.

If you golf, or have a friend who does, chances are you can get your hands on a golf club shaft protector (you can also pick them up cheaply at a sporting goods store). This is essentially a hollow tube, about 3 feet long, that is used to protect the shafts (surprise surprise) of golf clubs. In your garden, you can also use them to deliver a seed squarely where you need it without constantly stooping over. For those with back problems, this tip can save you a lot of pain.
