Radio Free Garden
Scare off unwanted garden guests such as raccoon and deer.
Even something as small as a woodchuck can level a small garden plot in a night (been there, done that). Don’t even get me stared with the damage a deer can do. One way you can lay out the “Unwelcome” mat for these vegetation vandals is by leaving a small radio on in the garden 24/7. It doesn’t have to be turned loud, and it should be dialed to an AM talk radio station so that is broadcasting mostly human voices. You should probably shy away from stations that broadcast primarily political “opinion” stuff. You don’t want to be cruel to the critters, just keep them out of the garden.
