No-Prep Lasagna

Try this simplified method of cooking lasagna.

Instead of pre-cooking the lasagna noodles, try using them uncooked in the recipe, then just add an extra cup of water to the sauce. The lasagna will absorb the extra water as it cooks, saving you the time (and gas/electricity) to pre-cook it ahead of time. When you go to cook the lasagna, make sure you cover the pan so that no moisture escapes, and make sure that sauce covers all parts of the pasta, or you may get some raw sections.
