Ginger Peeling Tip
Try this method to easily peel ginger.Fresh ginger can’t be beat, but it can be a hassle to try and use a knife to peel the multiple fingers of a ginger root. Next time you’re trying your hand at your favorite Chinese dish, try using a spoon to peel the ginger.
