You may already be covered.Car rental agencies almost invariably will attempt to get you to add auto insurance to your car rental, something for which they make a few bucks from and something which you may already be covered for. Check with your auto insurance agent to see if your policy covers rental cars, and also check with your credit card company to see if they offer rental car insurance. Many do.
