Go Yard Sale-ing With Your Child’s Feet
It’s the only way to buy shoes for children at yard sales.And no, we obviously don’t mean their actual feet, but you can safely shop for shoes for kids by tracing their feet onto sheets of paper, cutting them out and bringing the tracings with you. Leave them in the car in case you need them, and if so, simply place the tracings inside the shoes to see if they will fit. You can get a real good idea this way whether the shoes will be long enough (and leave a little room for growth), as well as wide enough.
