Zipper Repair – The Bypass Method

Don’t automatically waste the time and expense replacing a busted zipper.If the break in the teeth is fairly close to the end of the zipper, think about just removing the break from the situation by stitching above it. Pull the zipper up over the area in question and stitch a knot of thread isolating the bad teeth, effectively making a new base for the zipper.
