Yard Sale Pricing Guide
Don’t make your yard sale prices hard than they need to be.
While stores get great psychological mileage by pricing their items $6.99 and $9.97, you’re going to create a real headache for yourself if you’re constantly scrambling to do up the math on multiple purchases and make change. Price all your items in increments that are easy to pay for and easy to make change for, such as 25 cents, 50 cents, a dollar. Even so, make sure you have a calculator on hand in case you need it. You’ll be surprised how difficult it is to add two and two if you have a number of things you’re already trying to do.
