When To Fill Up Your Tank



The best time to fill up your tank is in the morning when the ground temperature is still cold. The colder the ground, the more dense the gasoline will be. If you fill up later in the day, the gasoline will be warmer and will expand more, giving you less gas by volume than a morning fill-up.
