Aloha Chicken Recipe

There are only three ingredients in this chicken dish. Simple but very tasty.

Ingredients:

4-8 chicken breasts or thighs
1 package of onion soup mix, dry
1 16 oz. can of pineapple chunks

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Arrange the chicken in a baking dish, then sprinkle with the dry onion soup mix. Pour the can of pineapple (juice and all) over the chicken and bake, uncovered, for one hour.
