Apricot Glazed Chicken

Several unique flavor additions make this an interesting dish.

  • 1/2 cup apricot preserves
  • 1/3 cup bottled Russian dressing
  • 1/2 envelope onion soup mix
  • 6 frozen chicken breasts (not thawed)

Lay chicken in the crockpot and then pour a mixture of the first three ingredients over them. Cook on low for 5-6 hours. Serves 6.
