This is a great use for leftover roast beef.
1 lb. leftover roast
1 cup water
¼ cup flour
1 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. egg noodles, cooked
Combine the flour and water together in a lidded jar, seal well, and shake to mix. Pour this into a medium saucepan and cook until it just starts to thicken. Add the roast beef and cook until the meat is heated through. Add the garlic powder and season to taste with the salt and pepper. Serve over the egg noodles. This dish serves 6.
Notes: replace the salt with a little beef bullion for added taste.
