This simple recipe for beef stroganoff is ready in minutes and feeds four.
1 pound round steak
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon onion salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces and brown in a large skillet until cooked through. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well, and cook until heated through. Serve over rice or egg noodles.
Notes: yogurt can be used in place of sour cream.
