Cowboy Stew

Easy to fix and filling, this stew contains ground beef, beans and corn.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can (15 ounces) chili beans
  • 1 can (15 ounces) pork & beans
  • 1 can (approx. 15 ounces) cream-style corn
  • 2 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Brown off the beef along with the onion and pepper, then drain. Combine all ingredients in a crockpot with the beef and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Eat on the open range to the low mooing of cows. J
