Crockpot Kielbasa
A great way to cook kielbasa. Serve this over pasta with Parmesan cheese.
- 1/2 pound lean ground beef
- 1 pound kielbasa or smoked sausage, sliced about 1/2-inch thick
- 1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes, undrained
- 2 cups frozen French-style green beans
- 1 can whole ripe olives, about 6 ounces, drained
- 1/2 cup dry red wine
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced into separate rings
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Brown off the beef, then add it and all other ingredients into the crockpot. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
