Diskette Racks Out of Milk Jugs
10 June, 2007 Around The House

Organize your office using garbage… although if yours looks like mine most days, you’re probably saying, “Been there…”This tip will come in handy for anyone who uses 3 ½ inch computer floppy disks regularly. While they are not the most glamorous storage media these days, they are still handy for backing up smaller files. And to store them, try cutting the top and front off a quart-sized milk or orange juice box (make sure the inside is totally cleaned and dried first). The result is a perfectly sized storage option for computer disks.

  1. I actually use diskettes for a lot of smaller files. Thought I was the only one that did (you crazy CD people). This sounds like a great idea, and I’ll definitely try it out.
