Italian Beef

A simple yet tasty Italian herbed crockpot beef. Add carrots and potatoes to make it a complete meal.

  • 1 beef pot roast, 3 to 5 pounds
  • 3 c. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1 pkg. Good Seasons salad dressing dry mix
  • 1 medium onion, sliced

Place all ingredients in a crockpot and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Pull the beef, shred it, and return to the crockpot for an additional 15 minutes.
