Luau Pork

Spices warm this pork roast recipe up and give it an “island” feel.

  • 3 pounds boneless pork roast
  • 5 to 6 whole cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice

Push cloves into roast and set the roast into a crockpot. Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour them over the roast. Cook on low for 9-11 hours, or high for 4-5 hours. If you want to serve the roast with gravy, add cornstarch or flour and water to the juices and stir, cooking on high, until the gravy thickens.
