A simple recipe for crockpot meatloaf.

  • 2 pounds of lean hamburger
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices bread, cubed
  • Milk
  • Tomato sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 small onion, chopped

In a bowl, beat the eggs, then add the bread cubes and enough milk to moisten the mix. Add hamburger and onion, season well. Mix everything together and form into a loaf that will fit in the crockpot. Pour the tomato sauce (or catsup or salsa) over the meatloaf, then cook on low 8-12 hours.
