Slow Cooked Ham
Spices and apple cider or juice will make this a ham dinner they’ll long be raving over!
- 1 fully cooked ham, about 3 pounds
- 4 cups (32 ounces) apple cider or apple juice
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- dash nutmeg
- 2 cups golden raisins
Combine all ingredients in a crockpot, making sure that there is enough cider to completely cover the ham. Cook on low for 10-12 hours.
