Spaghetti Squash

One of those botanical quirks that are a real culinary treat.

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 spaghetti squash

Prick the squash several times and add it to the crockpot with the water. Cook on low for 8-9 hours, then split the squash, remove the seeds, and use a fork to tease the squash “spaghetti” out. Serve on a platter with butter and parmesan (our preference), or top with your favorite sauce.
